Associate Director, CIS & Employment Tax Leader

BDO UK LLP is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead and develop our Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) offering. You will provide expert technical and practical advice to clients on all employment tax matters, focusing on CIS compliance, risk management, and HMRC engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client advisory, leading complex engagements, mentoring junior staff, and developing business opportunities in the real estate and construction sectors.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of CIS legislation and significant advisory experience.
