Job Description- Lead high-performing consultant teams to deliver outstanding client results
- Provide senior strategic counsel and manage key client relationships
- Drive new business through pitch development and campaign strategy
- Mentor junior staff and ensure quality assurance across all accounts
The right person will have:
- Senior-level expertise in strategic communications, public affairs, and PR
- Proven leadership of consultant teams across diverse client accounts
- Strong track record in property and planning comms, including consultations and stakeholder engagement
- Experience supporting DCO applications and driving client growth in agency settings
