Role Overview:

• Lead the regional transport team across Commercial & Procurement on a national scale.
• Deliver projects, win new business, and collaborate with key partners, clients, and colleagues globally.
• Support career development through increased responsibility and leadership opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with the Complex Infrastructure Leadership team to define and implement strategy.
• Lead sub-sector teams and oversee operational delivery.
• Manage client relationships and develop engagement plans for key accounts.
• Drive innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Maintain communication collateral supporting our strategy.
• Support recruitment efforts to grow the team.
• Review project performance and support operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong infrastructure experience, especially in Energy, Rail, and Highways.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships in the infrastructure sector.
• Inspirational leader committed to principles and diversity.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with regional credibility.
• Experience managing teams on complex projects, maximizing performance, and handling performance issues confidently.
• Embodies safety, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.
