Associate Director - Transfer Agency

Our client is a major corporate services group, with a growing Transfer Agency operation based in London. They have an opportunity for a senior Transfer Agency professional to join on a fixed term contract basis. With a proven operational and senior management background, you will be a senior leader in a client facing service delivery environment.

• Lead the operational Transfer Agency function at a strategic level
• Lead and support managers to achieve service delivery requirements
• Ensure strong governance of processes, acting as a senior escalation point
• Lead operational projects to improve workflow and enhance processes
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, representing the business through the client onboarding process

The successful candidate will have a proven background in operational management and senior leadership, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and accepted practice relating to Transfer Agency. Strong communication skills are expected, with the ability to present effectively at internal/external board level.
