At Artemis Human Capital, we're pleased to be partnering with a leading professional services firm in Dublin as they continue to expand their Private Client Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional to step into a senior leadership role, managing a diverse portfolio of clients while helping to shape and grow a high-performing team.

Working with an enviable portfolio of private clients, you'll provide both compliance and strategic advisory support, identifying tax planning opportunities and building trusted relationships with clients across multiple sectors. The Role

• Manage and develop a portfolio of private client tax relationships, delivering both compliance and strategic advisory services

• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored advice to clients across multiple sectors

• Ensure all Revenue compliance deadlines and obligations are met

• Coordinate workflow and collaborate across internal teams to deliver seamless client service

• Lead, mentor and develop the Private Client Tax team, including coaching and performance reviews

• Monitor team performance, utilisation and work-in-progress, driving quality and efficiency

• Provide technical guidance and support across the wider tax team

The Person

• ACA, ACCA, CTA or CA (Ireland) qualified (or equivalent)

• Extensive experience within Private Client or Personal Tax in a practice environment

• Strong technical tax expertise with a strategic advisory mindset

• Experience advising clients across multiple sectors and complex tax matters

• A confident communicator with proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships

• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing teams
