This role offers the chance to lead major residentialprojects, expand key client relationships and take responsibility for staffdevelopment and office performance. The firm advises a wide range of privatesector clients, including developers, housebuilders, land promoters and privateestates.

The Role

As Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leadingcomplex residential planning strategies and site promotions
  
• Actingas senior advisor to major clients
  
• Drivingbusiness development and winning new work
  
• Managingand mentoring planners across multiple levels
  
• Overseeingproject profitability, budgets and resource planning
  
• LeadingLocal Plan examination work and strategic planning submissions
  
• Supportingappeal strategies and inquiry preparation
  
• Contributingto regional growth planning and recruitment strategy
