Associate Director - Immunoassay

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Deep scientific expertisein immunoassay bioanalysis
• Minimum10 years' experiencein bioanalytical or related fields
• Strongcompliance knowledge(GLP, GCP) and attention to detail
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams
• Excellenttechnical and people skillsto inspire and develop others, ensuring smooth project delivery and audit readiness
• Ability to buildstrong internal and external relationshipsand represent the department confidently at key meetings and conferences

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in business development or client relationship management
• Familiarity with resource planning and continuous process improvements
• Background in study management or acting as Study Director / PI / Analytical Project Manager

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (advanced degree preferred)
• Extensive experience in bioanalytical sciences, especially immunoassay platforms
• Prior senior leadership roles within GLP/GCP-compliant labs

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support audit activities and address CAPAs promptly
• Ability to work with cross-site teams and support industry compliance standards
• Visa sponsorship possible for senior-level candidates, along with relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses where appropriate
