A leading market research agency is hiring an Associate Director (c£60K) to join its fast-growing oncology healthcare market research team in London, working on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end to end delivery of quantitative and/or qualitative research projects across a range of oncology clients and cancer indications, turning complex research into clear, impactful insight.
• Manage project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Contribute to proposals and pitches, supporting business growth across key accounts.
• Build trusted, long term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in a market research agency, working on end to end mixed methodology projects in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong oncology experience and solid market research and commercial skills.
• Confidence leading multi country studies.
• Interest in mentoring others within a collaborative, intellectually curious environment.
