Associate Director - Project Management (Commercial Cat-A & Cat-B Fit-Outs)
London £80,000-£90,000 + Benefits

We're partnering with a design-led, boutique project management consultancy known for delivering some of the most distinctive commercial spaces shaping the London skyline. With a growing portfolio of high-end Cat-A and Cat-B fit-out projects, this firm blends creativity with technical excellence to bring ambitious architectural visions to life.

This is an opportunity for an experienced project manager to step into an Associate Director role, leading landmark commercial fit-out schemes across London. You'll be joining a close-knit, dynamic team that punches well above its weight, working on fast-paced, design-focused projects with major occupiers, landlords, and developers.

The Role
As Associate Director, you will:

  • Take full ownership of commercial office fit-out projects (Cat-A and Cat-B), from inception to completion

  • Lead client relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded throughout delivery

  • Manage and mentor project teams internally, while steering external consultant and contractor teams

  • Drive programmes, cost, and quality while ensuring design intent is maintained

  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments in central London commercial real estate

  • Apply your strong knowledge of JCT contracts and manage procurement processes with confidence

  • Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the consultancy

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience delivering commercial fit-out projects in central London

  • Background in project management consultancy, ideally in a client-facing role

  • Proven experience managing Cat-A and Cat-B projects from pre-construction through to handover

  • Deep understanding of JCT contracts and procurement strategy

  • A design-conscious mindset with an appreciation for architecture and detail

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g. construction, property, project management)

Why Join?
This consultancy offers a fresh, modern approach to project delivery, championing creativity, quality, and culture. You'll be surrounded by bright, driven individuals in a collaborative environment that genuinely values work-life balance and professional development. You won't be just another cog in the machine-you'll help shape the identity and direction of the business.
