Description

We are seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Associate Director to join our Liverpool office. This senior leadership role will focus on driving business growth, leading client engagements, and developing a high performing team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our audit and accounts services while helping clients navigate complex challenges with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and grow a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and commercially focused solutions to clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and promotion of Xeinadin's services.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning, with a focus on revenue and profit growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team, aligning them with Xeinadin's values and standards.
  • Oversee workflow planning to ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Continuously review and improve internal processes and practices to raise efficiency and quality.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Key Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience managing complex client portfolios with significant revenue potential (desirable).
  • Strong technical expertise in audit and accounts within practice.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a client portfolio.
  • Experienced leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a team.
