Job Description
Purpose 
For the Associate Director of Anti Corruption Due Diligence (ACDD), the purpose is to lead end to end ACDD operations, transform the program, and serve as a subject matter expert on anti bribery and anti corruption policies.
Responsibilities- Lead and drive the complete due diligence process for third parties in alignment with corporate policy and applicable laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU Directive, OECD Convention, and local regulations).
- Manage day to day ACDD operations: procedural documentation, case assignment, workflow and SLA management, quality assurance, and vendor relationships.
- Provide strategic input on ACDD requirements, risk implications, and compliance expectations across geographies and act as senior subject matter expert.
- Lead global ABAC assessments, develop data driven candidate selection, create executive reports and actionable metrics to enhance the program.
- Drive program transformation: adopt new platforms and processes, anticipate implementation challenges, and deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reduce review times, and strengthen risk based approach.
- Deploy AI and technology solutions, translate future state designs into operational requirements, standards, and guidance.
- Develop and deliver anti bribery/anti corruption training to vendors and business partners worldwide.
- Maintain metrics and reporting to demonstrate effectiveness, risk coverage, and operational performance; use analytics to identify trends and support risk based decisions.
- Coordinate and develop the ACCoE team: set expectations, balance workload, and provide coaching and knowledge transfer.
- Bachelor's degree; professional qualification in law, accountancy, finance, or compliance preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in heavily regulated industries in compliance, risk management, or assurance.
- 3+ years of experience in anti corruption due diligence, third party risk, financial crime, or related analytical functions.
- Deep knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU Directive, OECD Convention, and global legislation.
- Track record of leading compliance operations with cross functional dependencies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- No compliance violations documented in the past 12 months.
