We're looking for an Associate Consultant to support the Digital Practice in delivering high-quality digital audit and advisory services to clients. This hybrid role requires working from our London office three days a week (including the Services Department anchor day on Tuesdays).

The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Work as part of project teams to deliver our digital audit products (DiPA Diagnostic and DiPA Tracking) and advisory services.
  • Analyse and evaluate digital media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Visualise client data to identify key performance trends and signals.
  • Review agency and partner best practices and advise on global adoption.
  • Create global programmatic best practices for clients and agencies.
  • Lead communication with agencies, set up project timelines, and ensure accountability.
  • Support pitch management projects to help clients evaluate agency digital capabilities, proposals and commercial offers.
  • Provide ongoing knowledge updates to internal teams on emerging digital media practices.
  • Mentor and train Senior Analysts and Analysts on projects.
  • Engage with clients to present and articulate audit outputs.
The Candidate

You have programmatic media experience and strong analytical skills, and you enjoy staying current with media developments.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of programmatic media experience
  • Experience trading and reporting from specific programmatic platforms (e.g., DV360, Amazon DSP, The TradeDesk, Ad Server, verification tools)
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize cross platform data into actionable insights
  • Confidence translating quantitative insights into a clear narrative for clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with clients from various sectors and complex organisations
  • Self starter, autonomous, and collaborative in cross functional teams
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple projects
  • Positive, proactive attitude to solve problems efficiently and with quality
  • Strong project management skills, leading workstreams to completion
  • Passion for media and a desire to change the industry
  • Ability to maintain up to date weekly timesheets

Preferred (training provided):

  • Experience with Tableau data visualisation tools
