Role Overview

We seek experienced independent consultants to join our Associate Community to support the delivery of high-impact programmes in business & IT strategy execution, transformation and change design and delivery, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), along with experts in portfolio, programme and project delivery. Join our tight-knit team of expert practitioners delivering value-driven engagement and execution across industry sectors and business functions.

Key Responsibilities include one or more of key client project types:

  • Collaborate on the development and execution of business and IT strategies, including target operating models
  • Supporting or driving M&A activities - conducting due diligence, as well as integration and carve out planning and execution
  • Lead and support change & transformation delivery, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Contribute to programme governance, assurance reviews, and risk management
  • Utilise Namaste Management's methodologies and toolsets to ensure timely, cost-effective execution, whilst allowing upskilling of client teams

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of consulting, corporate strategy/development, private equity, or project leadership experience
  • 5+ years of industry experience in BAU business and/or functional leadership roles
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent MS Office Application proficiency, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in high-performing teams
  • Keen interest in structured change, M&A, strategy execution, and governance
  • Bachelor or masters degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or industry sector-related
