Associate Building Surveyor

The Role

You'll lead and deliver Building Surveying projects from inception through to completion, working across sectors including education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, defence and residential.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing projects up to £5m
• Contract administration, tendering and procurement
• Building surveys, specifications and project documentation
• Planning and Building Control
• Cost, programme and resource management
• Site inspections and project delivery
• Developing new and existing client relationships
• Mentoring graduates, apprentices and junior surveyors

About You

We're looking for a MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with post-qualification experience, strong project management skills and a genuine interest in business development and team growth.

You'll also bring:

• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience managing project finances and profitability
• Advanced NBS specification writing skills
• The ambition to help grow a Building Surveying team in Norwich
