The Associate Building Surveyor role

As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for the leadership of the Building Surveying team, alongside a hands-on approach to project delivery and significant contributions to business development and client management.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Building Surveying team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Engage in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the consultancy's growth.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and securing repeat business.
• Provide expert advice across an array of sectors, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of building surveying practices.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• Holds a relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field, coupled with MRICS status.
• Demonstrates significant experience in building surveying, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing projects across various sectors.
• Exhibits strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Possesses exceptional client management abilities, ensuring the delivery of superior service and fostering long-term relationships.
