Now they're growing fast and on the hunt for a sharp, strategic Associate Account Director to take the lead on major campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns-from brief to delivery and results
• Act as a senior client partner, building strong, strategic relationships
• Oversee campaign teams, ensuring creative, production, and talent stay aligned
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
• Analyse performance and present insights back to clients with confidence

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years' experience in influencer marketing, creative agency, or similar
• Strong background in client services with experience owning accounts
• Confident managing large campaigns and budgets
• Naturally collaborative, commercially aware, and solutions-focused
• Bonus: experience leading campaigns across multiple territories or categories
