Description

Are you an experienced commercial property lawyer ready to take ownership of a varied caseload? You will handle full commercial property work-sales, purchases, leases, finance and land transactions-running files at pace and with autonomy. You'll join our 3rd sector property team, collaborating across groups to deliver high quality client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy mixed commercial property caseload
• Run transactions from instruction to completion
• Draft and negotiate leases, contracts and finance documents
• Work closely with colleagues across teams
• Maintain accurate, timely file management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience of running commercial property matters
• Strong transactional and drafting skills
• Ability to work at pace and balance competing demands
• Collaborative approach with clear communication
• Experience from a high street or smaller firm beneficial
