On behalf of our client, a highly respected and market-leading real estate consultancy, we are seeking ideally an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor at Associate level to join their thriving Commercial Property and Asset Management team based in the West End.

This is a key role managing a high-profile client portfolio and contributing to the continued growth of a top-tier consultancy in the commercial property sector. You'll be client-facing, proactive, and focused on delivering first-class service across asset management, lease events, service charge processes, and more.

Key Requirements

• RICS Chartered Surveyor with strong post-qualification experience
• In-depth knowledge of L&T legislation (1954, 1995)
• Proven client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Full UK driving licence
