Opportunity Overview:
A prestigious property consultancy is seeking a talented and driven professional to join its Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in London. This is a senior-level role focused on estate and property management, with exciting opportunities to contribute to the team's growth in areas such as Natural Capital and Rural Diversification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead asset manager for a major estate client, working closely with senior leadership.
- Oversee day-to-day management of rural assets and drive strategic objectives.
- Deliver secured lending and professional valuations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business lines.
- Lead a high-performing team on a principal instruction.
- Ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
- Support business development and contribute to the team's expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in managing rural assets including let farms and residential properties.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Skilled in budgeting and resource deployment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing business performance.
Qualifications:
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- MRICS qualified (Rural pathway preferred) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
- CAAV/SAAVA membership is a plus.
