What You'll Be Doing:

  • Portfolio Leadership: Take ownership of a high-quality, diverse commercial property portfolio.
  • Client Relationships: Build trusted, long-term partnerships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage service charges, budgets, and reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Team Development: Mentor junior surveyors and help shape a high-performing team culture.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the Bristol office.

What We're Looking For:

  • MRICS-Qualified Surveyor with solid experience in commercial property management.
  • Proven success managing complex portfolios and delivering top-tier client service.
  • A natural leader with a track record of mentoring and team development.
  • Commercially savvy with the ability to support business growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and professional presence.
