The Assistant Trade Mark Administrator position, based in Bristol, offers a full-time, permanent contract with a salary of £25,000 per annum. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office. You will join a well-established team, providing essential administrative support to ensure client matters are handled with precision. Responsibilities include managing documentation and assisting with international brand protection for a varied portfolio. Assistant Trade Mark Administrator Location: Bristol BS1 Salary: £25,000 per annum Employment Type: Full-time/Permanent Hybrid (3 days office based) Pertemps Bristol Commercial are currently recruiting for an Assistant Trade Mark Administrator for one of our clients based in Bristol City Centre.

About the Role

We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Trade Mark Administrator with a keen eye for detail. You will provide essential administrative support to the Trade Mark team, helping to ensure that client matters are handled accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities
  • Verifying and maintaining accurate data
  • Carrying out work allocated by administrators and attorneys, including billing, sending client update reports, conducting status checks and following up with clients and contacts by email and telephone
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails and accurately saving correspondence to relevant cases
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • Monitoring outstanding costs and preparing invoices
  • Completing official forms and documentation
  • Preparing written correspondence for clients and overseas attorney firms
  • Assisting with the preparation and issue of standard letters and reports
  • Maintaining accurate logs of all delegated tasks and ensuring deadlines are monitored
  • Preparing, collating, scanning and copying documents
  • Providing general administrative support to the Trade Mark team as required
About You
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English, including excellent spelling and grammar
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
  • A careful and methodical approach, with a keen eye for detail
  • The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • A minimum of 8 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above , including Maths and English
  • A-Levels are preferred
  • Previous office or administrative experience is desirable
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
