Assistant Store Manager Lead Team & Customer Experience

Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead one of our busy stores in Wales. In this role you'll support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, coach your team to deliver expert service and ensure customers have a great experience.

The role is 40 hours per week with a starting salary of £28,000-£30,000 plus a yearly bonus of up to £2,000. You'll enjoy staff discounts, generous holiday and ongoing development opportunities.
