Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Llanelli.

This is a full time position (35 hours per week) on a fixed term contract.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
• Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
• Ensure the highest standard of customer service, achieve targets, and maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
• Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
• Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
• Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
• Work with the manager to generate stock.
• Operate in a fast paced environment, working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
• Assist with physical handling of donated items while maintaining a safe and rewarding environment.

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Supervisory experience.
