Assistant Store Manager - People Leader, Hybrid Role

LEGO Norwich is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and boost store performance. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive results, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure a safe, engaging store environment for staff and customers.

The role includes recruiting, coaching and developing a productive team, with a hybrid working arrangement averaging about 3 days in the office per week.
