Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Be a role model and motivate your team to bring to life the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive work environment.
Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role model behaviours for the team.
Assist in driving sales, commerciality and maintaining standards, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
Communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes, and develop relationships across the business.
Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
Take ownership over stock management and executing visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to and delivering on store KPIs.
Act as the product expert and knowledgeable trainer, educating the team and advising customers.
Foster a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, well presented store.
Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous experience working in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
Experience in a customer facing role; leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
Self starter and ambitious - motivated to achieve and exceed store targets for your team and your store.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once.
