Are you a qualified solicitor looking to take the next step in your personal injury career? We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Lawyer to join our London team but able to work North-West based, working alongside an experienced Lead Lawyer on a high-profile client account.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to gain exposure to a varied caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims, ranging from lower-value matters through to complex, high-value cases worth millions of pounds.

What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with the Lead and wider specialist team, you will play a key role in managing and progressing a diverse portfolio of personal injury claims while delivering exceptional service to a valued client.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with and managing EL/PL personal injury claims.
  • Handling cases spanning a broad range of values, from straightforward matters to million-pound disputes.
  • Supporting the strategic management of a major client account.
  • Investigating liability, quantum, and coverage-related issues.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes for clients.

About You:

We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors who can demonstrate:

  • 2-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Experience handling defendant personal injury claims.
  • Strong knowledge of EL/PL litigation.
  • An understanding of coverage disputes, or a willingness to further develop knowledge in this area.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and case management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
