Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 gross per annum (car allowance included), depending on experience Role Location : London Contract type: Employment, permanent, full-time role Join our team as an Assistant Site Manager! This role is ideal for someone with experience in refurbishing projects within the social housing sector, strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to manage trade teams effectively. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are proficient in Microsoft Office, we would love to hear from you!A full, clean UK driving licence and confidence in driving in London and the surrounding area are essential.
