Are you a highly analytical and proactive merchandiserlooking for that next step in your career? At Hobbs we are looking for anAssistant Merchandiser to join us on a permanent contract, starting ASAP. As the Assistant Merchandiser, you'll be a vital teammember, playing a key role in amplifying how well our Hobbs range performs andensuring a seamless flow of stock on our Tailoring, Outerwear and Occasion/Non-Clothingdepartments

What you'll do:

• Provideinsight, reports and recommendations to optimise stock allocation anddrive sales.
• Collaboratewith the Merchandiser in the planning and support of merchandisingstrategies for the department.
• Assistwith the range planning process, ensuring the right product is in theright place at the right time.
• Monitorand analyse the performance of new and best seller product, identifyingtrends by using data to make strategic decisions.
• Collaboratewith various internal teams, including Buying, Retail Operations, andLogistics, to ensure efficient stock flow and communication.
• Proactivelyidentify and resolve store-specific merchandising challenges.

Who you'll be:

This opportunity would suit a Senior Merchandising Assistantand/or Assistant Merchandiser looking for that next step in their career. Yourability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage multiplepriorities will be key as we expand our footprint at Hobbs. Excellentorganisational and time management skills gained in a similar merchandisingrole are required. As you'll also work closely with our internal teams, you'llthrive in a fast-paced environment and utilise your commercial data skills tosupport and take initiative to ensure we are set up for success.
