Our business is expanding fast and we are looking for highly motivated individuals with a keen interest in the Real Estate industry to grow a team to bring our market leading services to our clients.
Working on high profile M&A transactions within Deloitte's market-leading SPA team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment on a wide variety of deals. This typically involves advising on contractual solutions to financial and commercial issues identified through due diligence, including purchase price adjustments mechanisms and completion accounts policies in the negotiated transaction agreements. We often work within broader deal teams including financial due diligence and tax, in cross-border and cross-service line settings across the UK firm and International network.
