Location: Unit 16a, Bloomfield Shopping Centre & Retail Park, Bangor, Down BT17 7HB

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we can discuss this further at interview.

Salary: Up to £31,600 Per Annum

The Role

As an Assistant StoreManager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to:

• Recruit,inspire & motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control.
• Createa fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stock management.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previousexperience in retail management, ideally 1+years
• Passionfor customer service & sales.
• Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
• Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers - with full trainingprovided (Optional)
