Job Description

Safety and support are essential to our mission. Dedicated Loss Prevention teams are staffed in all stores to create a safe and secure working environment for every retail associate. Their expert presence ensures our teams can work with confidence and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a store that is constantly transforming, driving sales performance, and meeting business goals.
• Lead with vision and flexibility, inspiring the team to achieve business objectives through empowerment and growth.
• Manage day to day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising and customer service.
• Work closely with Loss Prevention to maintain a safe, secure retail environment.
• Build and nurture a high performance team that embodies our culture, values and customer first attitude.

Qualifications

• Confident, entrepreneurial leaders who thrive in dynamic, fast paced environments.
• Experience in retail management, preferably in a diverse, high traffic setting.
• Strong communication, coaching and problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing product mixes and supply schedules.
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, integrity and a customer centric approach.
