About the Role

Supporting the Retail Branch Manager, you'll ensure our customers are the heart of everything we do. You'll look for ways to improve operations and customer experience, recognising that small changes can make a big impact. The role involves mentoring and training staff, maintaining store layout, handling cash and transactions, monitoring inventory levels, and contributing to store performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Retail Branch Manager to support store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff and new hires.
• Manage store cash, register, and balanced premises.
• Maintain stock levels, perform visual merchandising and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Track and report on sales performance, stock turnover and key metrics.

Qualifications

While formal qualifications are not mandatory, experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team are essential. A positive attitude and a customer focused mindset are key to success in this role.
