Open to Full Time or Part Time (35.75 hours) - Permanent

Part time applicants must work a minimum of 22.5 hours over 3 days.

As a Service Assistant you will support the Retail Branch Manager and place customers at the centre of everything we do. Your day will involve a mix of delivery, customer service, stock management and continuous improvement initiatives, all while building a career with abundant training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Retail Branch Manager in day to day operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring the customer experience is always positive.
  • Manage stock efficiently and keep displays tidy and replenished.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement change to increase efficiency.
  • Participate in training programmes and continuous learning activities to progress your career.
