You pay special attention to the freshness of fruits, vegetables, and bread, and you fight against food waste by making insightful orders. You will order fresh products and all other goods, receive, control, and store them in your store. You will correctly implement concepts in the store and monitor the expiration dates of fresh products. As a deputy, you will lead, support, and promote team members - and serve as their role model. As a deputy, you will co-responsibly manage the figures - in terms of sales, personnel costs, and inventory. What you bring:Completed professional training in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage. Professional experience: Three years or more of professional experience as a department, branch, or section manager in retail is an advantage. A love for fresh products and ideally experience in this area. Physically fit, as some packages weigh up to 10 kilograms. Ability to plan and organize tasks with a keen sense of key figures. Good knowledge of tablets and smartphones, and quick adaptability to other digital tools (e.g., for inventory management).
