Assistant Manager - Reablement & Service Improvement (Hybrid)

Suffolk County Council is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Home First Management Team in West Suffolk. The role combines operational leadership, service development and transformation to enhance reablement outcomes and integration with health colleagues.

You will lead Home First teams, support delivery in line with reablement principles, and drive quality assurance and workforce development across the service. Regular travel across Suffolk is required, with hybrid working options.
