Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant
Location: Alderley Edge
Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hybrid Working: 1 day per week working from home available
Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing business in the property and lifestyle sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on project costs and funding drawdowns
- Prepare financial compliance reports and lender analysis
- Support the documentation and administration of loan agreements
- Produce cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and project-based financial analysis.
