Assistant Lettings Manager / Senior Lettings Consultant

Locations: Cobham, Claygate & Hinchley Wood

Salary: £45,000 OTE (£28,000+ Basic)

We're looking for an experienced lettings professional to support our growing department as a strong number two. This role offers progression, variety, and the chance to help drive portfolio growth while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and conduct market appraisals
• Win new instructions and grow the portfolio
• Provide outstanding service to landlords, tenants, and applicants
• Support the team across multiple local areas
• Maintain up to date knowledge of legislation and market trends

Requirements

• 2+ years' lettings experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, motivated, and customer focused
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
