Assistant Leisure Manager

Our renowned Ayush Wellness Spa is looking for a friendly, driven, courteous, qualified and experienced individual to join our team.

You will be expected to work in conjunction with the Ayurvedic Consultant to achieve the highest standards and ensure targets are met. You will lead and train the team to maintain the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of Pool/Spa operations and client relationships.

You will be a good communicator, possess excellent customer care and sales technique, and be organized with strong time management skills. Adaptability, flexibility, eagerness to learn and the ability to work well in a team are essential.

Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a spa or 4 star hotel environment, working with pools, saunas, steam rooms, and Health & Safety requirements. Experience in spa reception/sales is also required.
