In order to complete the existing team, we are recruiting: An Assistant of the department (100%) - Permanent contract Start date: As soon as possible Location: LausanneWhat you bring to our mission Within the department, you will assist the Department Head by providing guidance and support to the team to ensure the proper delivery of services in accordance with EVAM's mission. We look forward to your application."Your missions and team management Participate in overseeing the department's employees, conducting interviews, contributing to annual evaluations, monitoring objectives, and addressing training needs through individual or group sessions. Intervene in case of difficulties within the team and contribute to the organization and facilitation of group meetings. Contribute to the needs of the team and the department. Activities related to the transmission of knowledge within the department. Contribute to the design and development of programs and projects based on the Department Head's directives. Supervise the management of technical and pedagogical resources. Ensure the quality and evolution of internal and external support. Be a main contact for internal and external partners. Conduct evaluations related to the department's activities. Participate in think tank groups and interdepartmental meetings.Profile Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the position or equivalent qualification. Excellent team management and organizational skills, confirmed experience in the field of integration or knowledge of the local social network, strong commitment.
