What you'll do:

Lead and motivate our team to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards

Manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep u s the UK's number one

Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance our guests' experience , taking on feedback to push for even more

Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and o versee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards

What you'll need:

Previous management experience in the hospitality industry or a related field

Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service

Motivated to advance your career within hotel management

Excellent team management and communication skills

Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service
