Assistant Football Coach - Residential Camps & International Tournaments

REPS Football is seeking qualified coaches to assist a squad of ambitious young players at our upcoming residential camps. This is not a babysitting role; you will help deliver a high performance syllabus designed to mirror a professional academy environment. The role is ideal for those starting their coaching journey who want experience while being surrounded by high quality, highly experienced lead coaches. Successful candidates may also be invited to the Gothia World Youth Cup in Sweden (July2026).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging training sessions for players aged .
• Support the Lead Coach in creating a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to our coaching philosophy focused on individual player development.
• Help motivate and inspire players throughout the residential stay.
• Assist with pastoral care within the accommodation alongside a full team of coaches.

Requirements

• FA Level1 Coaching Qualification (Required)
• Current FA Enhanced DBS & Up to date Safeguarding
• Level1 in First Aid in Football (Desirable)
• A passion for football and commitment to long term player development.

Contract: freelance / fixed term; Dates: Easter2026 (April); Salary: competitive day rate + board; Location: Reading / Berkshire.
