About the Position

We're currently in search of a passionate, ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager for a brand-new restaurant concept shaped by creativity and collaboration - Sister Moon, a vibrant Southeast Asian restaurant opening 14 floors up within Treehouse Manchester.

About You

• Passionate about food & beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• Expert in food & beverage operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation.
