The Role

We're looking for an Assistant Filming Operations Manager to join our exciting and fast-growing company in the Film and TV industry. This role is a fixed term contract until 30 November 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Managing your time between site recces and on-set management responsibilities
  • Holding comprehensive knowledge of each site and holding keys for access
  • Building strong relationships with teams on site
  • Adhering to Health and Safety policies, procedures, and processes
  • Establishing key needs and requirements of potential and confirmed film productions
  • Working closely with Account Managers on their dedicated locations
  • Managing the overall production experience including navigating any challenges
  • Completing pre and post hire condition surveys
  • Undertaking site requirements such as ensuring access to site is granted and processed and taking meter readings
  • Reviewing and upholding the terms of our Location Hire Agreement
  • Maintaining strong relationships with teams on site
  • Adhering to Health and Safety policies, procedures, and processes
  • Working closely with Account Managers on their dedicated locations

Experience

  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working on set
