The Role
We're looking for an Assistant Filming Operations Manager to join our exciting and fast-growing company in the Film and TV industry. This role is a fixed term contract until 30 November 2025.
Responsibilities
- Managing your time between site recces and on-set management responsibilities
- Holding comprehensive knowledge of each site and holding keys for access
- Building strong relationships with teams on site
- Adhering to Health and Safety policies, procedures, and processes
- Establishing key needs and requirements of potential and confirmed film productions
- Working closely with Account Managers on their dedicated locations
- Managing the overall production experience including navigating any challenges
- Completing pre and post hire condition surveys
- Undertaking site requirements such as ensuring access to site is granted and processed and taking meter readings
- Reviewing and upholding the terms of our Location Hire Agreement
- Maintaining strong relationships with teams on site
- Adhering to Health and Safety policies, procedures, and processes
- Working closely with Account Managers on their dedicated locations
Experience
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience working on set
