About the Role:

Memorable food and beverage experiences come from many places-flavours, presentation, ambience-and above all, outstanding service.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant operation. You'll welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, and help create a seamless, enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.

You'll oversee the daily running of the restaurant, working closely with the team to ensure service flows smoothly and that each guest leaves satisfied. In this hands on role, you'll also step up to support the Food & Beverage Manager when needed, ensuring the same high standards are always upheld.

About You:

• Experienced & Hospitality Focused - You've worked in a fast paced restaurant or hotel, ideally at supervisory level or above.
• Natural Leader - You lead by example, guiding and inspiring your team to consistently deliver great service.
• Customer Service Star - You have excellent interpersonal skills and always put the guest experience first, using feedback to improve and innovate.
• Strong Communicator - You keep your team informed, engaged, and on track across all shifts.
• Flexible and Calm - Whether it's a busy service or last minute change, you adapt and stay composed under pressure.
• Detail Oriented - You've got a great eye for detail and are confident managing time and priorities for yourself and the team.
