Working Hours: Monday - Friday (2pm - 10pm)

Overview

This company is seeking a talented Assistant Electrical Engineer to join their Engineering Team in Gloucestershire. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance activities, ensuring safe plant operations and product quality.
• Develop and improve maintenance systems and procedures.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance plant capability and equipment reliability.
• Participate in plant upgrades, modifications, and capital investment projects.
• Mentor and support engineers and operational technicians.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in electrical engineering, with experience in an Assistant Electrical Engineer role or similar.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to safety.
• Technical leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills.
