We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant to join our dynamic F&B team for a temporary mission. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations in our student-led venues, while also supporting students throughout their academic journey, from internships to housing. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations and service of the F&B training, ensuring a high standard of service quality aligns with industry best practices and Les Roches' standards. - Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Service Instructor on tasks such as menu planning, table layouts, and performance tracking. - Enforce hygiene, grooming, and venue cleanliness standards. - Manage financial processes, including end-of-shift closures. - Support students in their internship search and placement processes. - Maintain records of internships and serve as a point of contact for students with questions or concerns about housing and meal services. - Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure logistics and student services are met. Requirements & Skills/Qualities: - Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a hotel environment (service, room service, banqueting, bar, or sommelier roles). - Previous experience in a supervisory role is an asset. - IT and systems knowledge, including POS and restaurant management systems. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of another language is an asset. - Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. - Customer-focused with a genuine interest in student support and service. - Proactive and flexible team player who thrives in a multicultural environment. - Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to share knowledge and enthusiasm. - Eligible to work in Switzerland and available for a temporary mission of 5 months.
