We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing reactive repairs with a willingness to learn and develop. Our ideal candidate is an Assistant Contracts Manager managing a responsive delivery model, with a desire to expand their operational and commercial knowledge.Experience in Housing is preferred but not essential. You will be managing a Social Housing contract covering the North Counties region, for Repairs, Disrepairs and Voids, reporting into Contracts Manager.Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.About you 3 Years' experience working within maintenance/main contractor Early careers leadership experience Good data interrogation skills Valid driving licence Competent use in PC software and Microsoft Excel Trackers Excellent client engagement skills Excellent Health and Safety Awareness Excellent people skills and the ability to drive performance from your team of staff with line manager responsibilities and awareness.Join us at United Infrastructure and be part of our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the complex infrastructure needs of the UK.
