We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join us here at Buzz Bingo Enfield. This role is working full time, 40 hours per week. You must be flexible to work within the hours of the business. This role has a salary of up to £31,000 per year depending on experience.
The Role You'll PlayAs Assistant Manager also known as our Club Operations Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring consistent delivery of the Buzz Bingo Brand Values and a culture of exceptional customer service at each point of the customer journey. You will lead and support your team to coordinate activities and recognise those who go the extra mile.

- Assist the General/Deputy Manager in ensuring consistent delivery of the customer experience at each point in the journey
- Take responsibility for overall club performance in the absence of the General Manager or Deputy Manager
- Seek opportunities to recognise and appreciate those who go the extra mile
- Deliver a culture of exceptional customer service by coaching and encouraging team members to drive service levels in every session
- Ensure adequate staffing levels in each area to maximise customer service throughout the day
- Resolve all customer complaints immediately, using feedback to improve future service delivery
- Deliver an exceptional food and beverage offering, ensuring quality and service are outstanding
- Create a safer gambling environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels (online, in club and live)
- Previous experience managing a team in a face to face customer service role, ideally within leisure, gaming, hospitality, or retail
- Evidence of bringing business awareness to decision making and understanding commercial drivers
- Evidence of setting an example for customer service and interaction on the floor
- Self awareness and openness to constructive feedback
- Commitment to your own and others' development
- Demonstrated performance management capability
- Evidence of managing and driving new initiatives through others
- Evidence of leading and coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer service
