About the Role - Your Leadership Mission

As Assistant Centre Director, you'll play a pivotal role in the launch and ongoing success of our brand-new Guernsey nursery. You'll:

  • Partner with the Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations and ensure excellence across the board
  • Help build, coach, and motivate a brand-new team
  • Support the implementation of our Bee Curious curriculum and high-quality teaching practices
  • Be a visible, trusted presence for parents, carers, and children
  • Ensure that safeguarding, compliance, and wellbeing standards are met at all times
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when the Centre Director is away

You Bring

A Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Practitioner
Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
A leadership style that is warm, clear, and motivating
A deep passion for early education and team development
Excitement about being part of a brand-new setting
