Contract: Full Time Permanent
Salary: £26,841
Hours: 1,950 hours per year (must be fully flexible to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts)
Closing date: 6 April at 12pm
Contract: Permanent Annualised Hours - this involves working a set number of hours over the year, rather than per week. Longer hours may be worked over our busy high season months, and less hours may be worked during our slightly quieter low season months.

- 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths at grade C or above
- A minimum of 3 years café or bar experience
- A minimum of 2 year's managerial experience in a Café bar or a similar role
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
- Experience with cash handling and till reconciliation
- Bars product knowledge and experience with sales to large numbers
- Third Level Degree/Professional qualification in relevant field- Hospitality, Tourism, Leisure, Event Management, Business
- Experience in managing in a multi-function environment
